- 4 cups sliced zucchini (cooked)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 tbsp flour

- 7 cups zucchini (cooked)
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp cream tarter

- 6-8 cups of air popped popcorn
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 tablespoon Earth Balance butter spread (or other vegan butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Butterscotch extract (if you don’t have this just use all vanilla)
- Salt if using air popped just sprinkle a little on right after it pops and is still hot.
