Tomato and Peach Salad with Feta and Red Onion

Chill tomatoes and peaches
- 1 ⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 pound peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced 1⁄2 inch thick
- 1 1⁄2 pounds best-quality tomatoes, such as homegrown heirlooms, of different sizes and colors, large ones diced and small ones halved
- 1 Tb. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbs. small basil leaves or torn basil leaves

These baby potatoes are something you can very easily make with ingredients lying around the house
- Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby potatoes – boiled in salted water
- 3 tablespoons chunky chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
- salt to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
- 1 red pepper chopped into small cubes
- 1 green pepper chopped into small cubes

Onion Raita is one of the easiest & simple dish,we don't need any special ingredient to prepare it
- 2 cups thick yogurt (dahi or curd) whisked till smooth
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp raita masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder

Procedure for the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, Sriracha, and Old Bay and set aside
- For the Pizza Sauce:
- 1 pizza crust ( I used Boboli's)
- 1 lb frozen shrimp, thawed, shelled and chopped

- 10 potatoes (Yukon gold or red are the creamiest)
