  • 3 lg garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in skillet. Stir in flour salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup Veg oil
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 3/4 cups of Okra
  • 1- 14oz can of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 10-oz. bags frozen okra, thawed
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
