  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 small shallots, peeled and minced
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • BRUSCHETTA:
  • 4 pieces rye bread, sliced thick
