- 2 1/3 cups sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- CREAM CHEESE BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 to 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk or regular milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
