Banana Bread


A delicious, moist, gluten free banana bread.

  • 2/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup cinnamon applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla, gluten free
  • 2 cups baking mix, gluten free
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350℉

In a large mixing bowl, beat brown sugar, coconut oil and eggs.

Add mashed bananas, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.

Slowly add baking mix. Stirring as you add. Sprinkle in cinnamon and give a final stir.

Grease sides and bottom of one loaf pan with coconut oil.

Pour mixture into loaf pan, spread evenly in pan.

Bake for 60 minutes. Set on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Slide knife around loaf to loosen, then remove from pan. Once cooled completely, slice loaf and enjoy! Refrigerate unused portion.
