- 2-1/2-3 cups water
- 1/2 pkg. of smoked turkey sausage
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 pkg. of fresh spinach
- 2-3 tbsp. of red wine vinegar
