- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup cold lard, cubed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
- Ice water
