- MERINGUE:
- 1 deep dish pie shell, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons lemon zest, finely grated
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cold salted butter, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Naturegg™ Simply Egg Whites™, well shaken, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
