Meyer Lemon Limoncello Sorbet

Sorbets are so easy to make
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest (about 2 - 3 lemons)
- 1 cup Meyer lemon juice (juice of about 3-4 lemons, some you zested)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup limoncello (vodka is ok to substitute)
- NOTE: You can use up to 2 cups of lemon juice, but it might be very tart!

- I used penne, but any pasta that can soak up the sauce would be good here.
- You can substitute whole milk for the cream, if desired.
- Truffle oil may seem pricey, but a small bottle should last you a long time because you only need to use a drop or two at a time.
