Very tasty shrimp burgers with a little spice
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/8 cup parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 T olive oil

- 1 1/4 C unbleached all-purpose flour
