- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 heaping cup canned pumpkin
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon (if you like cinnamon, kick this up a notch)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- Penuche Glaze
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream ( I used natures bliss caramel coffee creamer )
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (add more if you like it thicker or sweeter)
