Ingredients

    pound ground turkey

  • 2

    teaspoon onion powder

  • 1

    teaspoon basil

  • 3

    cup chicken broth

  • 1

    cup frozen brocolli

  • 1

    cup fozen cauliflower

  • ½

    cup frozen carrots

  • cup fat free half and half

  • 8

    ounce shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground turkey drain off any fat. Return to a large pot add onion powder. Brown a little longer to flavor the meat. Add chicken broth, basil and frozen veggies. Bring to boil and simmer covered about 20 minutes until the veggies are tender. Add fat free half and half then add shredded cheese. Take off heat, stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
