- 1 pound dried white beans, such as navy or cannellini, soaked overnight and drained
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 cus dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
