Baked Zucchini and tomatoes

Ingredients
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- parmesan, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Arrange zuchinni and tomatoes in alternating rows in a baking dish. Sprinkle garlic on top. Lay onion slices on top. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
