Homemade Burgers

Homemade burgers are so delicious. These burgers don't need an outside grill, and are broiled in your oven. Filled with great seasonings and flavors, they have a little kick!
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of red chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 4 slices cheese of your choice

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, ground beef, pepper, chili flakes, chopped onions, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and breadcrumbs.
Make 4 burgers from the mixture.
Spray the broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray; preheat the broiler.
Broil the burgers 3" - 4" from heat, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
Place the sliced cheese on the burger, and give another minute or until cheese melts.
