Ingredients

  • SHRIMP

  • 2.2

    lbs fresh shrimp, peeled but with the heads still intact

  • 4

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1

    cup parsley, chopped

  • ¼

    cup olive oil

  • AVACADO DIP

  • 2

    ripe avocados, diced

  • 1

    tomato, seeded and diced

  • ½

    red onion finely chopped

  • 1

    green chile, chopped

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • 3

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 1

    tbsp olive oil

  • 5

    drops Tabasco

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

SHRIMP Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and f ry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp And turn them, frying for 2 minutes until lukewarm. Add chopped parsley.
