Ingredients

  • 1 box of pasta (any type is fine)
  • 1 shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can of olives, sliced
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 pack Hidden Valley Fiesta dip mix (I used regular Ranch mix)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta, drain and cool.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients.

3. Add the pasta and all of the other ingredients to the bowl. Gently mix to combine.
