Exquisite Egg Salad
Love egg salad? This classic recipe is for you! Serve over a bed of lettuce, or between two slices of your favorite bread.
- 6 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons each, chopped red pepper, celery, and pickle
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
