Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes and Apples

Ingredients
- pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 8 red potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 2 golden delicious apples
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Put oil in pan.
3. Sprinkle tenderloin with rosemary, turn and coat.
4. Put on stove, arrange onion cut side down around pork.
5. Heat pork until lightly browned.
6. Place in oven.
7. Cook potatoes.
8. Peel, core, and quarter apples.
9. Drain potatoes and arrange around pork.
10. Turn pork and continue baking for 30 minutes.
11. Add broth to pan, stir and bring to boil.
12. Remove from heat.
13. Cut into pieces and serve with potatoes, apples and sauce spooned over.
