Ingredients
- 16 large, fresh shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 fresh lime
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- dash of crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Add the shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Thread the shrimp on metal skewers and place on the grill immediately. Grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
