A lovely white sangria with great balance. Make it a day ahead to allow the flavors to intensify.
- 1 750 ml bottle dry Riesling
- 1 1/2 cups white cranberry peach drink
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 3 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
- 1 orange sliced thinly
- 2 peaches cut in wedges(or frozen peach slices)
- Fresh raspberries (optional)
- Ice cubes
Mix first 5 ingredients in large pitcher. Mix in fruit. Cover and chill overnight. Mix in ice cubes and serve.
