Crab And Shrimp Mold

  • 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tbsp. cold water
  • 1 10 oz. can mushroom soup
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese - room temp.
  • 1/2 c. green onions chopped
  • 1 c. celery chopped
  • 1 can crab
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1

Combine gelatin and water and
set aside. Heat soup to warm - do not dilute. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth. Mix all together. Squeeze lemon juice over top of mixture. Fill well oiled mold (use pam if desired). Chill at least 4 hours.
