  • 1 pkg Stouffer's Spinach Souffle - thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated or chopped)
  • 1 can (6.5 oz) mushrooms - stems & pieces
  • 1/2 - 3/4 lb Jimmy Dean Original sausage (browned & crumbled)
  • 1 9" deep-dish unbaked frozen pie shell
