- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) orange zest
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice

Step 1
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Use as a marinade, especially for poultry and fish.
3. Reserve some marinade to brush on while baking or grilling.
