Beverage-Chocolate Smoothie Shake

In blender combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1 – 2 minutes
- ½ c fat free vanilla ice cream
- ½ c fat free milk
- 1 pkg WW creamy chocolate smoothie mix
Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl; set aside
- 1 ½ c flour
- ½ c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ c mashed ripe banana (2 – 3 bananas)
- ¼ c oil
- ¼ c water
- 1 ½ cups Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch cereal
- 1 cup chopped Planters walnuts
Casserole - Tuna

Cook pasta according to directions
- 1 1/3 c bow tie pasta or 1 c macaroni
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1/3 c chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ c evaporated skim milk
- 1 (9 ¼ oz) can water packed tuna, drained
- ¼ c drained and chopped pimientos
- 2 TB grated reduced fat Parmesan cheese
- Snipped fresh parsley
Country Corncakes

Cook corn, covered, in boiling water to cover 8 - 10 minutes or until tender, drain and set aside to cool
- 1 cup fresh corn
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- Vegetable cooking Spray
Chicken - Crispy Stir Fry

Mix Bisquick and pepper in large plastic bag
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 cups diced uncooked chicken breast
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- ¼ c vegetable oil
- 3 medium carrots, cut diagonally into ½” pieces
- 1 green papper, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, cut into thin slices and separated into rings
- 1 can (20oz) pineapple chunks, drained
Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Stir-fry chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned
- 1 TB oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 4 c vegetables (broccoli, red pepper strips, sliced water chestnuts)
- 1 ½ c chicken broth
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 2 TB cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp ginger
- 2 c Minute Original Rice, uncooked

In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sweetener, salt, and cinnamon) until well mixed
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1/2 banana)
- 3 TB fat free egg substitute
- 1 TB light vanilla soy milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 no calorie sweetener packet
- dash salt
- dash cinnamon

- 2 LARGE TOMATOES DICED, APPROX. 2 CUPS
- 1 TSP DRIED BASIL
- 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC
- ½ TSP SALT (OPT)
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 6 OZ ANGEL HAIR PASTA
- PARMESAN CHEESE (OPT)

- 1 c cornmeal
- 1 TB baking powder
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 c skim milk
- ½ cup flaxseeds, ground
