STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy
- 1 6 oz Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/3 cup realemon lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 qt fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
- 1 16 oz pkg prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Beverage-Banana Raspberry Smoothie

In blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1 – 2 minutes
- ¾ cup fat free milk
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Black Bean & Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken

Put frozen chicken, black beans, salsa and corn in crockpot
- 4-5 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 pkg cream cheese
BISQUICK STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Heat over to 425. Stir Bisquick mix, 2 TB sugar and milk until soft dough forms
- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
- 2 TB sugar
- 1/3 cup fat free milk

Salad - Light and Easy Oriental

Brown almonds, ramen noodles and sesame seeds in 1 tsp
- Salad ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage (8 cups) cut thin crosswise
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 ounce pkg slivered almonds
- 3 oz dry oriental low fat ramen noodles, crumbled
- 1 TB sesame seeds
- Dressing ingredients:
- 1/3 c vinegar
- ½ c sugar
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 TB soy sauce
- ¼ c chicken broth
Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta

Heat 1 TB oil in a medium skillet over medium heat; add chicken
- 2 TB olive oil, divided
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 carrot, sliced diagonally into ¼ inch pieces
- 1 10 oz package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz angel hair pasta
- 2/3 c chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ¼ c grated Parmesan cheese
