Pasta BBQ Chili

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside
- 8 oz rotelle or wagon wheel pasta
- 1 TB oil, preferably canola
- 1 onion, chopped, about one cup
- 8 oz ground turkey breast
- 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped, about 1 ½ cups
- 1 can (11 oz) corn, drained
- 1 TB chili powder
- 1 TB dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- ¾ cup bottled barbecue sauce
Holiday Au Lait Recipe

Combine coffee, milk, Coffee-mate, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in large container
- 2 cups hot brewed coffee
- 2 cups milk, heated
- 3/4 cup Coffee-mate liquid creamer
- 1 TB vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Apple Pizza

Preheat over to 375. Spray 14” round pizza pan or large baking sheet with oil and sprinkle cornmeal on it
- 1 TB cornmeal
- 1 ten oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 apples peeled, halved, and cored
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup apricot preserves, preferably all fruit or sugar free
- 1 TB orange liqueur or apple juice
EASY CHICKEN POT PIE

Heat over to 400. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased 9” pie plate
- 1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- ½ - ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg or ¼ c egg beaters
Apple Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350. Spray an 8 cup glass or ceramic baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 pound granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup apple cider or juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cup low fat milk (1%)
- 1/4 cup evaporated low fat milk
- 3 TB reduced fat sour cream
- 1 whole large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz white sandwich bread (about 8 slices) toasted and torn into large pieces
Muffins Monkey Bread

- 1 – 12 oz can biscuits (10 in a can)
- 3 TB maple syrup
- ¼ c (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2/3 c sugar

- ½ c finely chopped pecans

- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
