Directions

1. Soak the rice noodles in water. 2. Slice the pork tenderloin and the Japanese pumpkin into strips. 3. Heat a wok with oil over medium heat. Add "A" ingredients to the wok and gently stir. Remove it from the wok. 4. Heat a wok with 1/4 cup oil; add rice noodles with 1/2 cup water and ingredients from step 2 in wok. Mix noodles until distributed. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro (B ingredients) on top.
