Orange-Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 13-oz. package blueberry muffin mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/3 c. Florida frozen orange Juice
• concentrate, thawed
• 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon
into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400
degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Cool
in pan for 5 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins
