  • small can evap milk
  • add reg milk to make 2 cups
  • scald milk (skin over top)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 9 in pie crust



Step 1

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, flour together slowly into hot milk
pour into pie crust
add raspberries
bake at 450 for 8-10 mins then reduce to 325 and bake until custard is set
