Ingredients

    cup flour

    cup sugar

  • 2

    teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 1/2

    cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2

    teaspoon baking soda

  • 1

    teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1

    cup pumpkin

  • 1/2

    cup oil

  • 2

    eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Use 1 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Combine rest of ingredients except cranberries. Add to dry ingredients, mix until well moistened. Stir in cranberries. Bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until pick comes out clean.
