Lemon Blueberry Crumb Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs, divided
- 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp zest and 3 tbsp juice from 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. Microwave butter in large bowl on high 1 to 1 1/2 mins until melted. Add cake mix and 1 egg; beat with mixer until blended. Press 2/3 of the mixture onto bottom of prepared pan
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add remaining egg, zest and juice; mix well. Pour over crust and top with berries
4. Pinch small pieces of the remaining cake mixture between your fingers; pressl to lightly into cream cheese layer.
5. Bake 55 mins to 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean
