Ingredients
- 1 ) 3 eggs Edit Delete
- 2 ) 2 cups sugar Edit Delete
- 3 ) 2 teaspoons vanilla Edit Delete
- 4 ) 1 cup oil Edit Delete
- 5 ) 3 cups flour Edit Delete
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon baking powder Edit Delete
- 7 ) 1 teaspoon salt Edit Delete
- 8 ) 1 teaspoon baking soda Edit Delete
- 9 ) 2 cups zucchini, peeled and grated Edit Delete
- 10 ) 1 cup drained pineapple Edit Delete
- 11 ) 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Can frost with cream cheese frosting or serve with cool whip.
