Ingredients

    tbsp butter

  • 1 1/2

    cups chopped pecans

  • 3/4

    cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2

    lime rinds

  • 3/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp sugar

  • 7

    egg yolks

  • 2

    14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2

    cup key lime juice

  • 2

    lime rinds

  • whipped cream

Directions

Sauted pecans in butter. Place nuts, and butter in food processor add the crumbs lime peel cinnamon and sugar. Press into a 10 inch pie plate Beta eggs at high spped for 5 minutes. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Pour into crust. Bake on a pan at 300 for 20 25 minutes. Pie is done when knife comes out clean.
