Applecake Tearoom Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • Chopped pecans



Step 1

Blend mayonnaise, celery, mustard, poppy seeds and salt together.
Fold in chicken.
Cover and chill 3-4 hours.
Top with pecans before serving.

When using a rotisserie chicken you end up with 5 cups of half the ingredients.
