- 2 CUPS MILK
- 4 MED RED POTATOES SLICED
- 1/2 LB BACON COOKED AND CRUMBLED
- 3 TBSP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE SHREDDED
- 1/2 CUP SCALLIONS

PREPARE CROCK POT BY APPLYING NON STICK SPRAY
IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER MILK, CORN STARCH, SALT, PEPPER
PLACE 1/2 OF THE POTATOES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CROCK POT SPRINKLE WITH BACON AND CHEESE, CONTINUE TO LAYER. ADD IN MILK MIXTURE COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS
