- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can regular corn, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Place in an 8x8 inch buttered dish.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes.
Yield: 9 servings.
