Ingredients
- SALAD
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 kiwi,peeled and sliced
- 2 cups red grapes
- 1 pint strawberries sliced
- 1 apple cored,peeled and sliced
- 2 cups shredded Chinese or Nappa cabbage
- 2 medium fennel bulbs,trimmed and very thinly sliced
- DRESSING
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 //2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbs fruit flavored vinegar
- 4 dates,pitted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
