Hamburger Cabbage Casserole

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cups instant rice


Servings 8
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 80mins


Step 1

Fry hamburger, green pepper and onions until lightly browned. Drain off fat. Put in roaster. Add together shredded cabbage and soups. Rinse each can with 1/2 cup water. Add rice. Mix all together with hamburger mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Stir once in a while.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
