Key Lime Fudge

Ingredients

• 5 oz evaporated milk
• 1-2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 12 large marshmallows
• 2 cups white chocolate morsels
• 1/4 cup grated lime rind (4 limes)
• 2 Tbsp key lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8" x 8" pan with foil

Combine 1st 3 ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and remaining ingredients to milk. Stir till smooth.

Pour into pan and cool. Cut into 1" pieces.
