Orange Peel Pork

  • 4-5 lb pork loin roast
  • Juice and rind of two oranges (slice the rind in strips)
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 t. cumin
  • 2 t. allspice
  • 1 t. dried oregano
  • Pinch of each sea salt and pepper



Step 1

Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
