Ingredients
- 4-5 lb pork loin roast
- Juice and rind of two oranges (slice the rind in strips)
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t. cumin
- 2 t. allspice
- 1 t. dried oregano
- Pinch of each sea salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
