Beef Stroganoff - Ground Beef - Instant Pot

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 28 ounces beef broth
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles (twisted/curly)
• 1/4 pounds cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sour cream

Step 1

Set the pot on sauté and heat. Add olive oil, ground beef, and onion. Saute until brown. Add soup and broth; stir to mix.

Add Worcestershire sauce then add noodles.

Lock the lid in place and press Manual for 5 minutes.

Quick release when timer beeps.

Add sour cream and cream cheese; stir until mixed and enjoy.
