  • 2 (8-ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Combine ingredients on low speed until mixture is smooth. Adjust seasonings, adding more horseradish and lemon-pepper seasoning to taste, if desired.

Transfer mixture to an ovenproof baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir mixture and return it to oven. Bake 10 minutes more or until mixture is heated through.

Serve hot with garlic bagel crisps or crackers.
