Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• 8 c. fresh spinach
• 2 c. strawberries
• 2 tbsp onion
• 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
• 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp. canola oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 4 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dill weed
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp ground mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Halve strawberries and finely dice onion. Add top ingredients to bowl.

In a small bowl, add bottom ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Drizzle over salad to serve.
