Strawberry Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 2 bags of Triple Hearts Salad Mix
• 3-4 green onions, sliced
• 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 small pkg. chopped pecans
• 1/3 and 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 Tablespoon sour cream
• 2 Tablespoons vinegar
• 1/2 cup mayonaise
• 1 Tablespoon poppyseed
• 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Saute pecans and 1/3 cup sugar over medium heat until carmelized (may need to add a few drops of water). Mix 1/4 cup sugar, sour cream, vinegar, mayonaise, poppyseed and milk for dressing. Toss all ingredients with dressing.
