Pineapple Cheese Salad

- 1 large can of pineapple chunks
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup marshmellows
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Drain pineapple chunks, reserving pineapple juice.
Combine eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple juice. Cook on stove until thick. Remove from heat and cool.
Cut pineapple chunks in half, Combine pineapple, marshmellows, cheese and sauce.
