- 8 ounces of pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Bacon slices, cut into thirds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Add pineapple and let stand for two hours.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each chunk of pineapple and secure with a pick. Broil until bacon is crisped.
