Sweet Vidalia Onion Casserole

  • 4 to 5 Vidalia Onions, sliced (1/4" thick)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 10 Club Crackers, crushed



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions in butter until translucent. Remove from heat, then add sour cream. Spoon half of onion mixture into a 1 quart casserole dish; then sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining onion mixture. Add crumbled crackers on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
